Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental state.
-Carol Welch

Molly Jaffe MS, LCAT is a licensed movement therapist, and a contemporary Pilates teacher with over two decades of experience. She is also an expert in integral anatomy the musculoskeletal system and values modern, movement science. Molly’s teaching is rooted in the Pilates method but encompasses a vast repertoire. Through years of teaching and observation, Molly has come to see that movement-based therapies help restore and promote a deeper sense-of-self and inner strength, while cultivating somatic insight and trust. Whether it is though stretching and releasing, movement repatterining, strengthening exercises or therapeutic movement, Molly believes that movement done gently and executed consciously can enhance both physical and mental well-being.

Her unique approach is holistic, scientific, artistic and follows the philosophy that because our bodies and minds are intrinsically linked you cannot address the health of one without integrating the other. Her methodology draws upon the understanding that restoring function, health and understanding of both the musculoskeletal and fascial system can lead to profound change in both body and mind.
