Molly offers multiple session types which are designed and tailored to each individual client needs. She welcomes all bodies, at all points in their health and wellness journey, believing that movement done gently and executed consciously can enhance both physical and mental well-being.
“Molly tailors each session thoughtfully, and consciously. I am never bored or given a mindless set of exercises. Instead, she reads my body and taps in to my emotional state in each session. I leave feeling better in both mind, body, and spirit.”
