Your Visit:

Because each individual is unique, your experience may vary. Here’s a general overview or what to expect.

Sessions can be taught on the Pilates equipment and/or the mat and are typically 55min in length. Molly's method of teaching Pilates is rooted in the tradition of Joseph Pilates, but incorporates a contemporary knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and her unique training in movement therapy. Therefor each session will be individually tailored to the client’s own goals and somatic needs on that particular day.

I believe one of most integral factors in a successful treatment outcome, is the relationship between practitioner and client. Therefor I provide a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental environment to foster safety and self-expression.
