Insurance:

I do not accept insurance. If you would like to use your out-of-network insurance benefits, I will be happy to provide you with a receipt of service that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is advised that you call your insurance company to verify out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services.

Late Cancellation and No Show Policy:

I require a 24-hour notification (not including weekends) for a cancelled appointment.  You will be charged the full fee for cancelled or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours notice.
